About the Job:
As a GTM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in connecting our technical solutions with strategic market execution. This position involves designing and optimizing outbound campaigns, leveraging AI-powered tools to generate high-quality leads, and collaborating closely with our clients to ensure results: scheduling calls with qualified leads.
This role will be instrumental in automating and scaling go-to-market strategies for our clients, ensuring seamless integration between our product offerings and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Execute Outbound and Inbound Campaigns: Develop structured, data-driven Outbound + Inbound strategies to establish predictable pipelines, using AI-powered tools for automation and personalization.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and attract potential customers, assess their fit with AI, and automate messages across Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
- Monitor Market Signals: Track buying intent and market trends to identify key triggers from potential customers and use them to deliver our clients' value proposition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align strategies, optimize processes, and ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market plans.
- Optimize Sales Technologies: Use and manage sales tech stacks, including tools like Clay, n8n, Smartlead, HeyReach, and +20 other tools, to automate and enhance outbound prospecting efforts.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
